When you want to cure yourself by means of these Dua, just do the following:
Get yourself some water (to drink and wash - 1 ½ liter.)
Approach your mouth to the water, and start saying "BISMILLAH FI AWWALLIHE WA AAKHEREHE" (In the name of Allah in the beginning and in the end) and as you hear the recording, keep saying the pervious quotation without a break till the recording ends.
When you feel some symptoms (like Dry face, mouth, tongue or Headache or when any part of your body hurts) just exhale in the water and drink, wash your face, wet your head smoothly (incase of headache), wash that hurting part of your body smoothly with that water, and so on.
Keep listening to the recording in the same way for a period of three days in the morning and in the evening with intention to get cured.
If you don't get OK after three days, Keep on practicing the above mentioned instructions and prayers for a period of forty days with intention to get cured.
